Library Rules

• The school library and reading room foster among the students the habit of reading by perfect silence and order must be maintained in the library.
• Only one book can be issued on appointed days.
• Students should handle the book carefully. If any damage done or the book lost has to be paid for.

For Students

• Should speak in English in the school premises.
• Always keep to your left inside the school Campus.
• Strict silence is to be observed in the classroom, library and in the office area.
• Always be attentive in the class.
• Be prepared to the class.
• Get your doubts clarified by the teachers.
• Revise what has been dealt in the class each day.
• Pay attention to your handwriting.
• Maintain discipline even in the absence of the teachers.

General Rules For Students

• Discipline is an integral part of the learning process.
• Prayer must be said with respect and devotion.
• Students should be punctual in coming to school in neat and tidy uniform and ID Card.
• Every pupil must be have a copy of the school diary with him/her and must bring it to the school every day.
• The school uniform is compulsory on all school days. Pupil are insisted to come to school neat and tidy.
• Only English should be spoken with in the school premises.
• When the students go for games or moving in the corridors or while changing the classes, they must walk in silence in a single line. They should always keep to the left.
• Pupils, who are absent or come late, will be admitted in the Class only with the permission of the Principal. If a pupil is absent for more than three consecutive days without the permission of the principal, his / her name will be struck off from the Roll.
• No electronic items should be brought to the school and if it is found it will be confisticated and will not be given back.
• A Written application for leave should be submitted at least one day in advance in the prescribed form.
• No students should disturb other classes during study time on the flimsy playoff taking a pen, pencil or book on loan from his/her friend.
• Attendance at official school functions is compulsory.
• Irregular attendance, frequent failures in submitting class exercises, habitual want to discipline or any sort of serious misbehaviour or sufficient reasons for the dismissal of the student.
• No pupil is allowed to leave the school premises during the school hours withour the permission of the Principal.
• No books (other than the school books), newspaper or periodicals should be brought to school without the knowledge of the Principal.
• Every pupil must behave respectfully towards the member of the staff.
• Pupils must behave well at all times both inside and outside. No loud shouting is allowed in the school premises.
• CCTV is fixed to Monitor the movements of the students and strangers for the safety and security of the child.
• Severe health problems, any other critical family problems of the students must be intimated to the teachers for safety prupose.
• Any Change of address, phone number, email id must be intimated to the teachers immediately.
• Parents should ensure that their wards attend the school with the correct set of textbooks and notebooks according to the timetable everyday.
• Students should have respect for school property. They should not damage school furniture, write or draw on the walls, scratch or spoil desks or chairs Any damage to school property will have to be compensated either individually or in common. They shall not damage things which belong to others. Playing in the classroom is prohibited
• The school is not responsible for goods lost. It is not allowd to bring valuable (like expensive watches, gold ornaments etc..) to school. Pupils should see that their hair is properly trimmed and nails are cut at regular intervals.
• Pupils will be taught three languages and computer science from grade I onwards.
• Students will have computer practicals from grade I onwards.
• No student will be sent home during the class hours without the written request of the parent/guardian.
• All correspondence addressed to pupils are subject to inspection.
• All students are expected to participate in the activities of the school, develop healthy and competitive team spirit, acquire qualities of leadership and learn to serve others.
• Students who come in the school bus should follow the following instructions.
• At the bus, they must get into the bus in the orderly manner.
• They should not put their hands or heads outside.
• They should be well disciplined, good mannered and should not use any indecent words. They should wait at the bus stop after getting off and should across the road with proper attention.
• Food will be provided in the school. So primary and secondary students are strictly prohibited to bring snacks and food to school.
• Please do not sent strangers not known to the teachers to pick up your children from the school.
• If you fee that your child is not making that desired progress please make it a point to meet the class teacher, with prior appointment or on the days open to parents. Parents can meet the teachers for any urgent related to academics on all Fridays between 4.15 pm to 5.00 p.m.
